Your ram is not compatable for your motherboard (well it doesnt look like it either, i would check up on that to make sure). Also for gaming 2-4gigs is the pretty standard for good gaming now-adays. I would suggest trying for 6 gigs if your board allows it for exceptional gaming. As for the processor, 2 core is also standard in most machines coming out.
